IDDU red wine IGP Sicilia have been bottled and are now available on sale

Iddu is a wine of strong character and intense ruby red colour; just waving the chalice you can notice wide arcs typical of glycerol and of warm wine. 

 

Its particular deep bouquet emits profound aromas which remind soft fruits whit inkling of tobacco and spirited fruits.

It's very warm, deep and steady to taste, endowed with an exceptional structure which present an equilibrium of softness and tannicity.

Got also a nice aromatic persistence when you smell it which releases a sensation of soft fruits.

Half refined in oak barrels (5-6 months) and half refined in stainless steel tubs (9-12 months).

Highly recommended with red meats, game and mature cheese.

Serve in wide chalices after a brief oxygenation.

 

L’ALTRO IGP Red Sicily

"L'ALTRO" Red Sicilian IGP, produced from grapes native of Etna, nerello mascalese, nerello cap or cloak, 13 ° degrees.

aging in the bottle for 10 months
